What is a Medical Intuitive?

A Medical Intuitive such as Ms. Marks sees into your body, much like a CT scan, to identify and address physical health concerns, including chronic conditions often undiagnosed by conventional methods. Medical Intuitives are usually traditionally trained in anatomy and physiology and are able to pinpoint and often treat problems that are chronic in nature or have been difficult for traditional Western medicine to diagnose and treat. For example, while acute problems such as a broken leg are best seen by a traditional doctor, long-standing conditions like fibromyalgia or irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) are often medicated but unresolved. A Medical Intuitive can often work in this area more effectively than a traditionally trained physician. In addition, a Medical Intuitive works with the systems of the whole body rather than a single part. For example IBS might have its roots in an adrenal problem, but that would likely be overlooked because it is the province of two different types of doctors.

What could I expect in a session?

Ms. Marks works using an initial intake system where discussion of appropriateness and a history of a person’s medical and other significant experience is taken. Then a 90 minute session of viewing and assessing health concerns and strengths, including a head-to-toe mental scan of your body, is performed either by phone or in person. This body scan is done fully clothed and in a relaxed setting, taking plenty of time to hear and look at all the possible aspects of a person’s health and related concerns.
Recommendations will then be made concerning appropriate traditional and alternative treatments.

These treatments can be with Ms. Marks, other alternative practitioners, or even a traditional medical professional. Continuing services by Ms.
Marks include a free follow-up at one month, and sessions as needed. Some people come every month, or three months, some once a year for a check up. Ms.
Marks also provides energy healing, soul retrieval, growing your own intuitive abilities, Shamanic training, and body/mind/spirit training.

What is Body/Mind/Spirit Therapy?

In Body/Mind/Spirit Therapy, Ms. Marks provides holistic therapy for total well being. This therapy is focused on creating an interactive decision-making process for all aspects of a person's wellness. This therapy creates a template for making growth-challenging decisions that best benefit the wellness of a person's whole being. This therapy often uses guided imagery to facilitate rapid improvement.

What is Energy Healing?

Energy Healing performed by Ms. Marks is a treatment similar to Reiki, Acupressure, and Polarity, and can include guided imagery to help improve the energy flow, or chi, creating wellness and an improved sense of well being. Areas of tension and chakras that hold energy are released, and energy flow is improved.
This is especially helpful as an adjunct to traditional medical treatments for serious conditions such as breast cancer and similar long term treatments.

What are Ms. Marks’ Qualifications?

Wendy Marks is a Medical Intuitive and Rehabilitation Counselor with 25 years of experience in traditional and 5 years in complementary health therapies. She is a recognized expert in developing intuition for improved health and well-being. Ms. Marks holds a post master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, and a C.S.S. degree from Harvard. She is a member of the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology, and is a diplomate of both the American Psychotherapy Association and the American Association of Integrative Medicine. She is also a member of the International Association of Medical Intuitives.

Does Ms. Marks provide teaching and lectures?

Yes. Ms. Marks is available for individual teaching in intuitive areas, small group seminars and larger groups. She frequently works in collaboration with other practitioners.
