Try making every part of your life better, one great thought followed by another. 

Today I drew the card BREAK FREE from the Magical Mermaids and Dolphins Oracle cards done by Doreen virtue, Ph.D.  In many ways this card fits everything that is happening right now.  The job market out there has become a different playing field than most are used to.  Especially those that have been in the industires that have been suffering from the cut backs in those particular fields.  Breaking free and trying new ventures and experiences can be the answer to the crisis that some are feeling today.  Dream Big!!!  Take some time to meditate on what your are passionate about.  Ask the divine for guidance, and when the answer comes,(sometimes its a feeling of excitement, or chills,  or you may run into the very right person), accept it and go with the flow. 

LIVE LAUGH AND LOVE AND THEN LAUGH SOME MORE!!!  When everything seems to come in waves, get a floating device and enjoy the ride!!!

Sedona Arizona is known for its beautiful red rock mountains, history of Indians, and of coarse the famous energy vortex.   It has become a gathering place for many naturalists,   and because of the energetic vortex there, the town is always buzzing with excitement and a sense of spirituality with upcoming events.  Expos, seminars, workshops, etc.. are always rotating with neat venues such as the psychic and Angel communicator Ann Albers, or Food specialist Melissa Mango, etc.. 

Hiking is wonderful and it’s a great way to clear the mind, enjoying the scenery as you go.  I was able to visit Sedona, and I went for a hike it was fabulous!!! I was able to enjoy some yoga at the end of the hike.  The vibe was so amazing, and the full moon was out.
