About the teacher: Maria Alfaro is a Roman native who lives and teaches Yoga in Santa Cruz, California. She has 17 years Yoga experience and extensive training with Rodney Yee and Ana Forrest. Her classes are vigorous but gentle with lower back, neck and joints.
