The consultation for you home or office is an individual assessment, which Mary customized to each client’s needs. She will analyze the energy patterns of your environment, as well as intuitively read your own personal energy and establish how these patterns are affecting you for the better or worse. The assessment begins approximately a mile from your home analyzing the location, topography, community, building and layout. As Mary draws closer to your home she studies the landscaping and exterior form. Now, the interior assessment begins with an assessment of the directions, colors, placement of furniture, shapes and forms, the Five Elements and architectural characteristics of the site. After a careful analysis she suggests specific solutions to shift or activate the energy as required. Mary will create Feng Shui remedies so subtle that it blends in with your personal style. In a Consultation Mary will include:

Feng Shui On•Site Consultation: ...fees vary depending on the scope of work and travel costs. The Initial Consultation starts at $360.00, includes a 3 hour meeting; additional time billed at $90.00 per hour.
Feng Shui Off•site Phone Consultations: ... An off•site consultation is a great means to get Mary’s expertise if your are out side of her immediate area. This is perfect for those on a tight budget and just as effective. Because of Mary’s intuitive gifts and ability to remote view a space her wisdom is not compromised by not physical being there.
To perform an off•site consultation Mary will need a floor plan, site map, questionnaire, any current pictures you might have of yourself and the space. After these necessary items are completed and returned with payment, then a phone consultation appointment is scheduled. The consultation appointment is best scheduled for a quiet time of the day making sure there are no interruptions. At the time of your appointment you will talk with Mary about your home/office needs and current challenges.
Feng Shui Off•site Phone Consultations: ... starting for as little as $60 for a single room. A typical existing house costs $150.00 for an off•site assessment. New construction/design fees are higher.
