Aloha
from Rev. Ke'ala Noel
Why would a woman come to your
Aloha Healing Retreats?
Most women come to our retreats because they have tried
everything else
and they are at end of the personal ropes. We
specialized in the
recovery of eating disorders of anorexia and bulimia for
almost four
years and are now ready to move on to an older "broader"
audience, pun
intended. We are the place to go when nothing seems to
be going right
anymore in your life. We are a place to start all over
and begin
creating the life that you do want.
What sort of women will find
you retreats valuable?
Women who have weight issues, type two diabetes, women
with fiber
mialgia, endometriosis, ailments that find little relief
in the regular
medical approaches. Also women going through life
crisis, such as
divorce, loss of loved ones, career changes and who just
can seem to
find a purpose in life anymore. Actually anyone who is
just tired of
living like they are living and want to make some
serious life changes,
physically, emotionally and spiritually. That's what we
mean by being
HOLISTIC, we work with your entire being.
How do you do that specifically?
We have two hypnotherapy sessions a week, and weekly-
acupuncture,
aromatherapy massage, Reiki/crysta/chakra balancing
session, complete
body alignment ( spiritual healing), water aerobics, and
yoga or trance
dance class. We also offer an array of workshops
including 1st and 2nd
degree Reiki certification, aromatherapy, reflexology,
stress reduction,
food combining, crystal therapy, complete body
alignments, palmology,
Ho'oponopono (making right)and Ka hana pono training -
the work of
staying in Harmony.
We also have group guided visualizations that include,
animal spirit and
warrior woman, cleaing and purificaton of the body, a
water purification
of past events and behaviors, neural lingual programming
for phobias and
negative behavior patterns, the akashic records for
finding out
knowledge, ho'oponopono, and past lives too.
What makes your program unique?
Well we take only five women at a time now so we have
time to work with
you as an individual. Each woman is unique and by using
hypnotherapy to
find the source of your illness or unhappiness we can
also help you
figure out what it is that you need to learn from your
experiences so
you can be free from repeating them in the future. Our
Ka hana pono
course also teaches women how to cope with life's
challenges in a
positive manner. Why come all the way to Hawaii for a
retreat?
Why not!! Our part of Hawaii is beautiful and has a
powerful healing
energy and the cleanest air in the world. Hey if you're
falling apart
what better place to put yourself back together than
Hawaii.
Most retreat food is pretty marginal, what are your
meals like?
Our women continually amazed at the gourmet food
combined meals that we
serve here, and they also get to pitch in and learn how
to cook this way
for themselves so they can continue to food combine when
they get home.
It is just the best way to eat for easy digestion and
you'll never have
to count another calorie again and stay slim and healthy
to boot.
What is the most difficult challenge women face at
ALoha
Healing Women?
Well the hardest part is getting on the plane, then the
first day is
pretty much, "GOD, is all hoo doo voodoo really going to
work?" But it
does, it always does, the only thing required is a
genuine desire to get
better. We also are very laid back here, Hawaiian style
and we are 10
miles from the nearest village so for city slickers it
can be a real
change in attitude and latitude.
What do women say about your
program?
Well a woman came to us who couldn't stop crying, her
life was falling
apart and one week after being here, she was laughing
and saying " see
that patch of blue sky over there, well last week all I
would have seen
were the clouds, now all I see is the blue and say
mahalo-thankyou."
Another woman who stayed only a week with us is now
convinced she no
longer has endometriosis. Another one is going back to
her marriage
that had been falling apart because of the toll of
losing her mother had
taken. We deal with all sorts of issues and problems and
are blessed
with every woman who walks in our program as we grow
with them in the
process called life. |
